  Placed a food order for three people, after waiting 45 minutes we asked the manager if it would be much longer? He said we were told when we ordered there was a 45 minute wait, we were NOT told this and when I pointed this out he was very rude and said 'it's not up for debate' and walked off, he came back 5 minutes later and told us we had ONLY been waiting half an hour, this was not the case! When the food arrived one order was incorrect and when we pointed it out he snatched the plate and didn't even speak and just walked off with it and returned with the correct order and put it down without saying a word! I can't fault the food, it was nice, BUT, would I go back, probably not, lot's of people were complaining and asking to cancel and have a refund. I understand it was a busy and stressful day but as a manager it is your job to deal with stress in the right way, being rude, rolling your eyes at customers and snatching plates is not the right way. POOR customer service and with so many food establishments in Royston, you simply cannot be this rude to paying customers and expect them to return!.
